ITMC Fiduciary Limited was incorporated in 2003 to continue the work of Island Trust and Management Company Sdn Bhd, a Labuan trust company founded in 1996. Today, the same family of business is on its 30th year of trust services in Labuan IBFC, with 17 staff serving over 200 active client structures from clients in 10+ countries.
We do not advertise. Our clients arrive through referral. In the firm's history, fewer than two clients have ever asked to move their structure to another provider, and we have never been the subject of a complaint to the regulator. That is a track record we work hard to keep.
